Refund & Cancellation Policy

 Thank you for shopping with Expert Caculture. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how we handle refunds, cancellations, and returns for purchases made on our website.


1. Cancellation Policy 

  1. You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, cancellation requests might not be accepted once the order is processed or shipped.

  2. To cancel, send an email to  Info@expertcaculture.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

  3. Cancellation requests after shipment cannot be accepted.

  4. Some products or services may be non-cancellable if explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

 All cancellation decisions are final and at our discretion after reviewing the request.


2. Refund Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

✔️ If the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
✔️ If the product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
✔️ If the order is not delivered within reasonable delivery time due to our error.

Refund Process:

  1. Email us at  Info@expertcaculture.com within 7 days of receiving the product with your Order ID and photos (if applicable).

  2. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

  3. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.


3. Return Policy 

  1. For eligible returns, the item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  2. You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer, unless the return is approved due to a defect or error on our part.


4. Digital Products / Services

For digital downloads, courses, or services, refunds may be provided only if access has not been initiated or content not downloaded, subject to evaluation by our support team.
